We have a new Teen Librarian! Her name is Miss Robin, and she is excited to hear from you. Stop by the Children's Room to introduce yourself and give her your ideas!
If you are completely at a loss for what to read after memorizing the tales of Bella or Percy, check out this page for inspiration for your next library book! Browse the read-alikes if you have certain titles you love and want more of, or peruse the booklists to see what there is to read in your favorite genre!
Later today, a Teen Art Wall space will be designated in the Teen Area of the library. To submit your art, just take it to the Children's Department and a staff member will post it to the Art Wall upon approval! Make sure to sign your art so you get credit for your masterpieces.
Keep in mind that your art should be respectful to library patrons, so please don't bother trying to submit anything that could be offensive. The library is not responsible for any damage done to the art once it is hung. On October 26, come to the Library's meeting room at 4 p.m. to catch a spooky flick! Votes will be taken before the movie begins; Choose from The Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice, or Coraline! Also, enjoy some Halloween snacks!

The winners of each challenge will be awarded “money”, and the three contestants with the most “money” at the end of the game will win awesome prizes. There will be five types of challenges. Not every contestant will get to do every challenge. Contestants for each challenge will be chosen at random. …and, as always, SILENCE! |
